Smoked Trout Roe – Farm Raised

The smoked Trout Roe is sustainably farm raised and the quality is the highest possible. This roe is farm raised and comes from the Oncorhynchus mykiss species. The Trout roe has an egg size of 3.0 – 3.5mm and is a domestic roe from Washington State.  The flavor is bold and a touch of brine. The color is a beautiful red and has a delicious, robust flavor. While this is not a signature product of North American Caviar (we only process wild caught roe from Paddlefish, Hackleback Sturgeon and Bowfin in our Tennessee facility), we are very excited to partner with another fine company to offer our special customers one more choice for their shopping cart in hopes that we can become your one stop shop.

This roe is farm raised and the only ingredients are roe and salt.

• Packaging: glass jar.
• Storage: Keep refrigerated at 38F or below.
• Shelf life: Consume within 2 weeks.  Upon opening, put a piece of plastic wrap over caviar to keep air out and maintain freshness during storage.
• Serving Suggestion:  Smoked Trout Roe has a robust flavor and can be beautifully served on blini.

Shipping Information: This product is perishable and is shipped via UPS overnight delivery arriving between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Orders are processed daily during the holiday season, November and December and shipped overnight Monday through Thursday.  Orders may take 1 to 2 days to process and ship during the off season, however, we strive to ship every order received by 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday, the same business day.  Orders we receive after 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday are processed the next business day.   We strive to process every order the day it comes in, however, sometimes depending on the time of year or quantity of the order, we may need up to 2 days to process and ship the order.  Orders received after 12:00 PM CST on Thursday through Sunday are shipped out Monday. We recommend that you ship to a delivery address where someone can receive the package and refrigerate immediately. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information when the order has been processed.   We appreciate your patience, we are a small business and work hard to send you a quality product in a timely manner.
