American Bowfin Caviar
Bowfin Caviar is native to the southern states of the US. The flavor is mild and tangy compared to other more expensive caviar and the color ranges from gray to black. It is often used as a less expensive substitute for sturgeon caviar. This is one of our signature caviars and is harvested in Tennessee. American Bowfin Caviar compliments a blini with Crème Fraiche spread or a beautiful piece of smoked salmon that can also be found in our product listing.
This caviar is wild caught and the only ingredients are roe and salt.
