North American Caviar, Inc. (NAC) is the largest wholesale fish and roe dealer in the state of Tennessee. We are also a wholesale fish and roe buyer in Kentucky and Arkansas. NAC still operates under the same business model and philosophy that began over 30 years ago, we buy our fish and roe direct from the commercial fishermen and fisherwomen that bring the fish and roe direct to our door. This is the only way to provide the best quality and competitive pricing to our customers. Fishers bring their daily catch to our processing facility in Tennessee, where the roe is processed (cured) and packaged for resale.

Our NAC facility in Paris, TN is HAACP certified, FDA and USDA regulated. Our Paddlefish and Hackleback caviar comes direct from the fisherman and the waters of Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas. Our company is committed to sustainability for the species we harvest. We work with the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency, Kentucky Wildlife and Arkansas Game and Fish to help sustain this beautiful resource.

Clay
Owner & Commercial Fisherman

Clay is a commercial fisherman with 30 years of commercial fishing experience. He manages the commercial fishing operations at NAC and works with the commercial fishermen to secure the roe for our customers. Clay and Christel have been married since 1992 and are the proud owners of North American Caviar. Clay and Christel have two daughters, Madison and Lauren and in December of 2023, he earned a new title, “Grandpa” to Elizabeth Kay.

Madison
Office Manager

Madison is the office manager at NAC and the daughter of the owners, Clay and Christel. Madison joined our team in 2023 full time and she is the author of our weekly newsletters, our marketing efforts and helps manage the office. Madison has been married to Correy since 2021 and they welcomed their first child, Elizabeth Kay, in December of 2023.

Christel
Owner & Operations Coordinator

Christel is the daughter of the late, Kenneth Linsman, the founder of North American Caviar. Christel and Clay have been married for 32 years and have two beautiful daughters, Madison and Lauren. Christel brings over 30 years of office management experience to NAC and handles the daily operations for the business. Her daughter, Madison, helps her in the office and together they take care of our customers. Christel aka “Nana” spends much of the off season time enjoying family time and playing with her new granddaughter, Elizabeth Kay.

Correy
Commercial Fisherman

Correy is a commercial fisherman with over 7 years of experience. Correy works with Clay to manage the mechanical operations for the business. He is an experienced welder and enjoys building things. Correy is married to Madison and they welcomed their first child, Elizabeth Kay, in December of 2023.
