Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information:
North American Caviar (NAC) will ship anywhere in the Continental US.   For orders inside the U.S., simply order online and our Next Day Air shipping rate is $45.00.  For orders from Hawaii, we will ship 2 day air for the $45.00 flat rate. Orders shipped to Alaska or Puerto Rico, please call or e-mail us at northamericancaviar@gmail.com for more information.  We do not take International orders or ship overseas.  All our caviar is guaranteed to arrive fresh, shipped via FedEx or UPS. All shipments are perishable and shipped overnight delivery.  We pack each box with ice gel packs with insulated materials to ensure the content remains at a safe temperature during transportation even in warmer climates for at least 24 hours.

Return Information:

All food sales FINAL – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  Caviar is a non-returnable item due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product.  If  your shipment arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us at northamericancaviar@gmail.com.  

Delivery Date:
Orders are shipped via FedEx overnight delivery arriving between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Orders may take 1 to 2 days to process and ship, we strive to ship every order received by 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday, the same business day.  Orders we receive after 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday are processed to ship the next business day.  We strive to process every order the day it comes in, however, we may need up to 2 days to process and ship the order depending on availability of the product.  Orders received after 12:00 PM CST on Thursday through Sunday are shipped out Monday.  We appreciate your patience, we are a small business and work hard to send you a quality product in a timely manner.

If you are interested in a Saturday delivery order, please contact us by e-mail at northamericancaviar@gmail.com to inquire about that service and the additional fee. if you have a SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE, please note that in the order comments upon checkout.

Delivery Location:
NAC does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure someone is at the delivery location to sign for and accept the package. All deliveries are perishable and should be promptly refrigerated upon receipt. Please make certain to use the correct delivery address when placing your order to avoid delays in your package being delivered.

Delivery Fallacies:
NAC will not take responsibility for delayed deliveries due to weather, heavy holiday shipping schedules, or incomplete/incorrect delivery information.  Should your package be delayed while in the carriers’ possession it is the responsibility of the carrier to indemnify any losses sustained by you.  NAC reserves the right to pass along any additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer.  Please check your name, address and zip code carefully before submitting your order.  Please have someone available at the shipping address to receive the package and refrigerate immediately.   These products are perishable, but if handled properly by the carrier and the recipient, they will maintain the safe temperature required during shipping.

Package Damaged Information:
Please inspect your package and product upon arrival to your door. If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and our Customer Service line immediately.  All damages should be reported on the day the shipment arrives to you or it becomes more difficult to prove that damage to the carrier.   Please keep all packaging and items exactly as they arrived.
