The Classic Osetra Caviar is sold only in the highest quality possible. This caviar is sustainably farm raised coming from the Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon species and has a medium to medium large egg size. The Classic Osetra Caviar is amber in color and only contains the classic Osetra fish eggs and salt. Rich and robust flavor profile that evokes a briny depth and has a silky texture. While this is not a signature product of North American Caviar (we only process wild caught roe from Paddlefish and Hackleback Sturgeon in our Tennessee facility), we are very excited to partner with another fine company to offer our special customers one more choice for their shopping cart in hopes that we can become your one stop shop.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 38F or below.
Shelf life: Consume within 2 weeks. Upon opening, put a piece of plastic wrap over caviar to keep air out and maintain freshness during storage.

Shipping Information: This product is perishable and is shipped via FedEx overnight delivery arriving between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. Orders are processed daily during the holiday season, November and December and shipped overnight Monday through Thursday. Orders may take 1 to 2 days to process and ship during the off season, however, we strive to ship every order received by 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday, the same business day. Orders we receive after 12:00 PM CST Monday through Thursday are processed the next business day. We strive to process every order the day it comes in, however, sometimes depending on the time of year or quantity of the order, we may need up to 2 days to process and ship the order. Orders received after 12:00 PM CST on Thursday through Sunday are shipped out Monday. We recommend that you ship to a delivery address where someone can receive the package and refrigerate immediately. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information when the order has been processed.
