North American Caviar, Inc. (NAC) is located in Paris, Tennessee and surrounded by the waters of the Kentucky & Barkley Lakes, Tennessee River, and the mighty Mississippi. For over 50 years we have selected the best wild caught roe to become – North American Caviar. Our Paddlefish Caviar and Hackleback Sturgeon Caviar are sustainably harvested and processed in our Tennessee facility. Our fish and caviar is fresh and the quality is guaranteed.
At Northamericancaviar.com, we offer wild-caught American Paddlefish Caviar and American Hackleback Sturgeon Caviar. We also offer a small selection of other types of caviar and roe as a compliment to our signature caviar product line;American Salmon and American Bowfin roe.
Our signature caviar offering is the wild caught Paddlefish Caviar and the Hackleback Sturgeon Caviarthat comes direct from the commercial fisherman. We process the roe, daily from November through April of each caviar season. NAC and our commercial fisherman are committed to preserving and sustaining our wildlife and natural resources. We work together with the commercial fishermen and the fish and wildlife agencies in each state we are licensed to uphold the rules and regulations set forth by the agency.
